Return Policy

Pre-Purchase Tip: Please confirm all product details before placing your order. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our quick-response customer support. Pay special attention to the compatibility of accessories and batteries with your bike.

1.Unreceived items - Cancellation and Return Rules

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t shipped. Note: If carrier information shows "not picked up" but tracking exists, the item is considered shipped. In this case, refer to the "After Shipment" policy.
After Shipment: If you cancel or refuse an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs (see fee chart below), even for "free shipping" orders. Unfortunately, we cannot intercept or cancel orders already processed and sent to the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Reminder: Do not refuse delivery of accessory or battery packages, as these items will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued.

2.Received Items - Return Rules

Important Reminder:

Please retain the original packaging and the materials within it for at least 30 days Keep the original packaging and materials for at least 30 days after delivery for potential repairs or returns. Otherwise, you may need to purchase replacement packaging. Accessories, once shipped, cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to quality issues. Items in Original Packaging:

Return Period:
New bikes: 30 days from delivery.
Accessories & batteries: 7 days from delivery.

Condition: Items must be brand new, unopened, and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for round-trip shipping fees (see chart below), deducted from your refund.
Opened Items:

Bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they have less than 20 miles on the odometer. This policy applies only to e-bikes and e-scooters. No returns are accepted for opened or used accessories/batteries.

Return Fees: If the product doesn’t meet expectations (e.g., overlooked details), you will cover:
Round-trip shipping costs
30% depreciation fee
Both will be deducted from your refund.

3.Orders with Discount Codes - Return Rule

For items purchased with a discount code, the refund amount will be reduced by the total discount value, regardless of how many items are returned.

4.Return Process

Important: To start a return, email support@mihogo.com and follow these steps. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns.

Submit a Request: Email us with videos/photos of all packaging and items.
Request Review: We’ll evaluate based on order details and product condition.
Ship the Item: We’ll email you a return label (or you may arrange your own shipping).
Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will process within 7 business days.
Note: Refunds cannot be issued while packages are in transit.
