Do not recommend buying

Pros:
No complaints about the frame, the hydraulic brakes are quite decent, and the gear shifting works fine. The power and torque are sufficient to climb some pretty steep hills here in Spain.

Issues that appeared within the first 70 km:
1. The brake rotors were warped (I managed to straighten them carefully, and now they work fine).
2. After the first charge, the battery level indicator stopped working. Also, within the first 35 km, both the front fork and the rear shock started leaking oil.
3. The controller burned out while going downhill. The battery is rated at 48V, but the bike came with a 36V 16A controller — of course, it failed.
4. Support hasn’t responded yet. Overall, I’m disappointed with this purchase.

Honestly, the fork, rear shock, and controller all need to be replaced with proper components.

Nice bike

The bike is nice and my twins love to ride it but the bike did arrive with a few scrapes, the bike tends to fall over when the kickstand is down, and the front light doesn’t stay upright. All in all the bike is okay for the price.

Absolutely loving it!!

I’ve been riding my Mihogo RX2.4 for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It makes my daily commutes and weekend rides so much easier and more enjoyable. The pedal assist is smooth and responsive, which is great for when I hit hills or just want to take it easy. The battery lasts longer than I expected, and I’ve gone on some pretty long rides without worrying about running out of power. It’s sturdy, feels well-made, and the design is really sleek—I’ve gotten a few compliments on it already! Overall, I’m super happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting an e-bike.

Even "Shortcake" can ride a 24 inch E-Bike!

We rent E-Bikes when we can during our travels; next rental is Cannes, France two weeks from today.
Our biggest problem is finding a bike for "Shortcake"!
She needs to be able to touch the ground to feel comfortable...
The Mihogo RX2.4 is perfect. See picture.
If the video is also available, have a look and watch me fold both bikes and shove them in the back of the SUV without having to buy a hitch-mounted bike carrier. (Time lapse; so it is only 20 seconds long.) Great convenience.
